Domestically produced, PDRN is a deoxyribonucleic acid mixture derived from the controlled purification and sterilization of salmon semen DNA (95 percent similar to human DNA).The procedure ensures that there are no active proteins and peptides that might trigger an immune response.

In vitro and in vivo experiments have shown that the most relevant mechanism of ACTION of PDRN is the involvement of adenosine A2A receptor, and PDRN provides nucleoside and nucleotide for the so-called "rescue pathway". Binding to adenosine A2A receptor is a unique characteristic of PDRN.PDRN exists in human placenta, which is one of the complexes of DNA raw materials in cells.It is 95% similar to human DNA and does not have the active proteins and peptides that cause the immune response.
