Oligopeptide-68 – is a complex combination of TGF-1 agonist peptide that inhibits Microphtalmia-associated transcription factor(MITF). MITF is a major transcriptional regulator of melanogenic enzymes, tyrosinase, TRP-1 and TRP-2.
This peptide induces significant skin lightening shown to have a higher activity than arbutin andvitamin C.By inhibiting MSH (melanotrophin), reducing melanin productionand preventing excessive production of melanin.
