Anserine is a type of histidine dipeptide that naturally exists in vertebrates. It has water solubility and strong thermal stability, and has significant antioxidant and anti-aging functions. It has been used as a natural product in the food industry. Antioxidants
Anserine (β -alanyl-1-methyl L-histidine, Anserine) is a highly stable water-soluble dipeptide that occurs naturally in skeletal muscle and brain tissues of vertebrates with a PK of about 7.1 and remains intact at low PH values (<3.0).Carnosine was first discovered by Russian scholar Gulewitsch in 1900.Liebig isolated carnosine from an extract that was later identified as β alanyl-histidine in structure. This is the first representative bioactive peptide isolated from natural raw materials, also known as aminocarnosine, goose spinal carnosine powder, goose muscle oligopeptide.
Mechanism of action:
Ancarnosine is based on a polypeptide anti-wrinkle molecule (Akirelin), which effectively enters the skin with a fat-soluble polypeptide molecule. After entering the skin, it is reduced to the prototype of Aguirelin by the action of the enzymes in the cell, exerting the core anti-wrinkle effect.
